A CHARGE OrMANSLAUGHTER. Peb Press Association. Invercargill, April 10. A coronial inquiry was held to-day regarding the death of William Jock-* son, aged 33 years, who died as the result of injuries received on Easter Monday evening, when a motor car driven by Louis Fosbender collided with a cart driven by tiie deceased. After the hearing, which lasted six hours, the coroner found that death was due to rupture of the liver caused by bis being violently thrown from a cart in consequence of collision with a motor car negligently driven by Louis Fosbender. Fosbender was arrested and charged with manslaughter, and was remanded till Wednesday, bail being fixed at £SOO. •rirnnmmmmtatmatmammmcim
