H.M. THEATRE. "The Ring and tlio AFiui" now showing at tin's Theatre can ho classed as tlio famous Players Company's greatest work. The story deals with political matters in the United States. and the struggles of an honest, upright man against a hand of political bouncers. Bruce McKao, a now screen actor, plays exceedingly well in this drama. "The Ring ami the .Man" will lie shown in addition to the following subjects for the last time to-night.l "Pathe's War Gazette," showing scenes from the East Russian campaign, the Canadian Regiments reviewed hy the King at Salisbury Plain, the Sportsman's Battalion leaving for Krunce, and other topical events. "The Bear Facts," a comedy drama, features "Sonny Jim," the Vitagraph renowned child actor. "The Island of Madura" is a notable scenic subject in beautiful color. "Susanna's New Suit" is a good comedy by tlio Beauty Co.

WITHIN THE LAW. A Fairly large audience witnessed the production last uiglit in the Town Hall of "Within the Law." Tlio cast of characters was very strong, and the intense dramatic feeling of the play was well brought out, indeed a bettor production could not have been looked for in the metropolitan theatres.
