LOVE FOR ENGLAND! POLICY OF HATE RENOUNCED! RUSSIA’S DESIRE FOR EXPANSION THE REAL DANCER! United Pbebb Association. (Received 9.10 a.m.) Amsterdam, April 13. German Liberal papers like the Tageblatt are protesting against representing England as the true enemy and Russia as a kindlier foe. The Tageblatt says this view-point is very dangerous, the more so as it does not accord with facts, and the paper points out that Russia’s desire for expansion would always ho Germany’s danger.
