At the Supreme Court the following prisoners \vere sentenced: John Milne, for forgery and uttering, two years' hard labor; Cecil George Farrow, on eight charges of theft of monies-nrom the Lyttelton Borough Council, did not appear owing to a misunderstanding, and sentence was postponed.
