Had()slavo{t (Bulgarian Prime Minister), who said that the Bulgarians had hitherto been strictly neutral, but a new situation bad arisen owing to the Allies’ action in the East, which necessitates a new policy. Bulgaria now sees a possibility of realising her national aspirations. CONCENTRATION OF TROOPS THREATENING RAILWAY. United Press Association. (Received 9.20 a.m.) Athens, April 11. Bulgarian comitadjis, under orders from Bulgarian and Turkish reserve officers are concentrating at Strumnitva\ and Eplipalanka. An attack on the railway is probable.
