AN OBJECTIONABLE PUBLICAN. (Received 10..‘15 a.in.) Sydney, April 12. A publican named Peter Links applied lor a transfer of a hotel license at Cowra but was refused. It transpires the police objected on the ground that he was a {Jennau subject, recently naturalised. He had been to Germany before and during the war, whence he wrote a disloyal letter. Since his return, he adversely commented on the war. He was an undesirable licensee.
