SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE, BRIDGE RATE (CENTRAL RIDING.) IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Sections 10 and 2d of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913” the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund to secure the repayment of a loan or loans to be raised under the provisions of the above mentioned Act for providing the funds for the reconstruction of bridges on roads in the Central Riding of the County of Whangamomona, under the jurisdiction of the Whangamomona County Council, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing (,',d) in the pound (to be called a bridge rate) upon the capital value of all the rateable property comprised within the Central Riding of the County of Whangamomona; and that such Special Rate shall bo an annually recur-! ring rate during the currency of such loan or loans, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan or loans (being a period of thirty-six and a-half years in tho case of each loan) or until such loan or loans are fully paid off.
