MISCELLANEOUS. United Press Association. Sydney, April 9. Laurence Moss and Lawrence Phillips, two members of the firm of Moses, Moss and Co., were charged with attempting to trade with the enemy by means of sending a letter and a cablegram. Moss was found guilty in regard to the letter and fined £lO. Both were found guilty regarding the telegram and fined £bo each. Leave to appeal to the High Court was granted.
