The wife of the German Crown Prince has been accouched of a daughter, states the cables. Mr H. LI. She was found unconscious on tiie road and never regained consciousness. The death of the Ht. Hev. James Mombnusc is announced from London. The late prelate was horn in 1826, educated at John’s College, Cambridge, and was appointed Warburtonian lecturer in 1871 ; chaplain-in-ordinary and Prebendary of Caddington Major in St. Paul’s Cathedral from 1871 to 1876. From 1876 to 1886 be was Bishop of Melbourne, and from 1886 to 1903 Bishop of Manchester. He lias published many works on theological and biblical study.
