CONSIDERABLE TEMSBON.
PRESENCE OF JAPANESE TROOPS CONSTITUTES TEMPTATION. Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8 a.m.) " London, April 7. The Times' correspondent at Pokin says: The tension in China is considerable. The Government has strictly enjoined the civil, military, and naval authorities to refrain from any action calculated to provoke trouble and give Umbrage to Japan.
