The Bulgarian s Note to Servia states that six thousand Turkish refugees, unable to endure the bad treatment by the Serbian authorities, and fearing for their property, honor and lives, crossed the Bulgarian frontier. Later they recrossed and were massacred by a Serbian frontier guard. The insurrection is increasing, despite efforts by the Bulgarian frontier guard 3 ,( who are endeavouring to protect Serbian po§ts.
