| Wellington, March 29. |A Gazettee , Extraordinary issued amends the previous lists of litmband of war, arid the foilpwing Hides are now absolute contrabands b addition to the articles maHe absoite contraband!. by the; proclamation weed n 23rd December(l) Raw »01, wool tops, woollen and worsted arns ; (2) tin chloride of tin, tin ore; astor oil, paraffin wax,; (4) copper jdide; (5) lubricants; (6) hides of and horses, skins of calves, jp, sheep,' goats, apd deer; (7) dealer’ undressed or dressed suitable for iddlery, harness, military boots, or lilitary clothing; (8) ammonia and « salts, whether simple or compound, inmonia liquor; (9) urea aniline and teir compounds. Tanning substances f . 7 all kinds are now conditional contraband. • '* f. i-V.i „• ’ The terms “foodstuffs” and “feedng stuffs for animals,’ ’ as used in the iat of .conditional contraband in the wfoclamation of 23rd December, will ie deemed to include the following (Hides: Oleaginous seeds, nut«, and cernels, animal, and vegetable oils and Fats (other than linseed oil) suitable or use in the manufacture ;of nie, cakes and meats oleapnous seeds, nuts, and kernels.
