DESPONDENCY IN THE DUAL MONARCHY. HER SERVICE TO GERMANY. United Press Association. (Received 9.0 a.m.) Vienna, November 28. The people and the newspapers are very despondent. The Neue Freio Prosso states: “We prevented the German Empire from being struck at the heart. Wc fought valiantly at Nida, and at PiUtza also, with wonderful courage. We still place .Austria’s fate in her hands in the Carpathians.” Other newspapers admit that the fall of Przemysl was no more than an incident, but still it was a formidable blow.
