The sun rises to-day at 6.5 a.m. and sets 5.5.5 pm.; Saturday, 6.7 a.m. mid 5.53 p.m. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. llirawa, from North, Friday. Pukaki, from South, Saturday. Rarawa, from North, Tuesday, The Kowhai arrived from Greymouth yesterday with 300 tons of coal and a quantity of timber, and left shortly before midnight for diehunga. The Waimea, which put into port on Wednesday morning through stress of weather, hound from Onehunga to Wellington, got away yesterday at 8.50 a.m. The Mapourika arrived about noon yesterday from south with 200 tons of general cargo and 300 tons of coal. Discharging will be continued to-day, and the vessel should leave for Picton about 3 or 4 o'clock this afternoon.
