Semi-official.—The Russians secured a great victory at Staroetyna in Hungary, between the Lupkow Uszok pass-:--esv ; There was a three days' battle on the extreme Austrian right. The Russians brought up large forces, surprising and driving back the Austriaus from Uszok with enormous losses.
