Hermann had talked suicide, but did dot seem to have enough courage to do that, and had hoped to escape )y pleading insanity. Before he sent on red Hermann, two fresh vndictm mts vere read charging him on three counts in each of forging and utterig promissory notes involving £l-h-KH. Those offences were alleged to have been committed in June and July. The Crown announced that it did aot propose to proceed with the costa ■it present.
