CRICKET.
On Saturday a team from the Stratford District High School journeyed to New Plymouth to play a match with the New Plymouth High School, and was defeated by live wickets and 48 runs. The fielding of the New Plymouth boys was very good. The chiescorer of the day was MacM array, for New Plymouth, who made 28 before he was bowled by Coutts, and next to bin was Coutts, who made 19 (four,4*a an<> three singles), in very short time, aim then he was bowled by Hughes.
