WORLD PRESS CONGRESS.
INTERNATIONAL MEETING OF DELEGATES AT ’FRISCO. Per Press Association. Wellington, March 20. Mr Clifton, XeAv Zealand Commissioner at San Francisco, has received a letter inviting the appointment of Xcav Zealand delegates to the International Press Congress to he held there on July oth to 10th. The Congress avill not he sectarian, partisan, sectional, or national, but aa ill consider questions of importance to the Avorld’s journalism, and Avill seek to promote its highest interests. Delegates are being invited from all over the United States, and five from every country represented at the Exhibition, and are supposed to be chosen from the most representative and eminent members of the profession in Xoav Zealand. The Government is asked to appoint five delegates from the Dominion, and to further this end Avill be glad to receive the names of leading Xcav Zealand journalists Avho are likely to visit the Exhibition before July sth,
