Official: A battle is proceeding on German territory near Kuroggen. The Germans accuse the Russians of burning villages, and have ordered reprisals to be taken on Russian villages which are in their possession. RUSSIANS ACCUSED OF WANTON DESTRUCTION. United Press Association. (Received 9.55 a.m.) Copenhagen, March 19. The President of East Prussia declares that the Russians destroyed 80,000 bouses. Agriculture is in an absolutely desperate condition, scarcely 0000 of 100,000 bouses being left.
