MEXICO.
OVER-RUN WITH LAWLESS BANDS. Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, March 17. A Mexican lady writes stating that the country is overrun with lawless bands. The jlSfferent revolutionary chiefs help themselves to anything procurable, and other bands repeat the process with paper money, which one dare not repudiate. The next difficulty is to procure the necessaries of life with the worthless notes. A4l trade is paralysed.
