ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES.
FISHING BOAT MISSING. Per Press Association. Wellington, March 16. The Collector of Customs has been advised that F. Nelson, E. Sutton and anp.ther whose name is unknown, left Wellington on March 7 on a fishing excursion in a steel lifeboat formerly belonging to the wrecked steamer Devon. The engine broke down outside the harbour, and the boat was blown across to the Wairau bar. Repairs were effected there, and the boat left for Wellington last Saturday, but has not yet been heard of. Nelson and Sutton were in the boat when she left ,Wairau, hut the third man returned to Wellington last week by steamer.
