MEXICO.
“MURDEROUS ANARCHY.” Times and Sydney Sun Service. London, March 10. The Times, in a leader, says the situation of distracted Mexico has progressively deteriorated into still more murderous anarchy. At least live pseudo Governments are in existence, and several revoluntionary groups besides Villa’s, Carranza’s, and Zapata’s. 'I he capital has thrice changed hands in 1915, to the accompaniment of executions and pillage. The United States policy continues one of masterly inactivity, and we see mo possibility of improvement so long as this is persisted in.
