The sun rises to-day at 5.54 a.m., sets G.G p.m.; tO-morrow: rises 5.57 a.m., sets 6.3 p.m. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Alapouiika, from South, Thursday. Coriniia, from South, Friday. Rarawa, from North, Friday. Eimerdale, from South, Friday. A cable message has been received in Wellington that the Buteshire, which left hero on January 10th for England, was expected to reach Avonmouth last night. The Rarawa arrived yesterday morning from Onehunga, with 77 tons of general cargo, including 11 tons of sugar. The Kanua is expected to get away about 3 or 4 o’clock to-day for Picton. The Ennerdale is expected to leave Lyttelton this afternoon for New Plymouth with poles and timber, and should arrive on Friday.
