RESTRICTIONS ON THE FLOUR SUPPLY. United Press Association, (Received 8.15 a.m.) Loudon, March 16. Reuter’s correspondent at Venice states that further restrictions had been placed on the sale of bread and flour in Austria, this being regarded as highly significant, and it is feared the supply will not last till next harvest.
