PARTIAL MOBILISATION.

KING AND PEOPLE WILL ACT IN CONSORT. Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, March 11. Roumania has partially mobilised her forces, preparatory to arrangements being made for a general mobilisation. The King has declared he will not in accordance with the nation, notwithstanding pressure, from German relatives and particularly from the Kaiser. When the moment for action arrives, the King will be ready to go with his people.
