BRILLIANT GERMAN WARFARE! TRAWLER TORPEDOED.

Sixteen, of the crew of the trawler Grisnex were landed at Newhaven. They met a German submarine off Head, which signalled to them to go aboard another trawler in the vicinity. Before the crew was able-to igefc out'the boats the submarine opened ! fir©, badly .damaging one', boat. Finally S a shot exploded the Grisnez's boiler. The trawler was left in a sinking condition.
