SPECIAL MEETING ON MARCH 26 United Puess Association. (Received 10.15 a.m.) Sydney, March 11. The Colonial Sugar Company lias issued a circular setting forth the resolutions it proposes to move at a special meeting on March 26, empowering the directors to separate the Australian business from that outside the Commonwealth, in order to simplify the formation of an allied company concerned in interests in Fiji and Xew Zealand.
