FAR-REACHING WAR-TAX. United Press Association. (Received 9.55 a.in.) London, March 9. The German Reichstag lias passed a Bill taxing the profits of manufacturers of war material. The tax is retroactive.
THE PRUSSIAN BUDGET. United Press Association. (Received 11.45 a.m.) Berlin, March 9. The Budget passed the Prussian Diet. The Social Democrats voted against it, while the Poles and Danes abstained from voting.
