United Press Association. (Received 8.5 a.m.) Petrograd, March 1 9. Advices from Tiflis state that the Russians have driven the Turkish troops from Khoi southwards, Inflicting heavy losses. Since the beginning of the war, the Russians have taken 18,11)0 Turkish prisoners. 1
