CHARGE OF THEFT.
LYTTELTON BOROUGH COUNCIL EMPLOYEE, Per Press Association. Wellintgon, March 8. Cecil George Farron. who was charged at the Magistrate's Court with the theft of monies of the Lyttelton Borough Council, was remanded to appear at Lyttelton on Monday.
