The conference of representatives of employers and workers at Sheffield have not arrived at an agreement in the Clyde dispute and referred the matter to the Government for arbitration. , . The workers at Southampton stopyards receive' an increase of 5s a week and 10 per cent, on piecework from the 13th inst. The employers confer on Tuesday.
