GRANT HERVEY'S CASE.
LEAVE TO APPEAL REFUSED.
United Press Association. (Received 10.30 a.m.) Sydney, March 8. Grant Hervey's application lor leavo to appeal against the sentence of two years for forging a telegram was refused, the judge stating that he was convinced on the clearest possible evidence.
