For the second day of the Danifeyirke races, the weather was dull and rain fell in the morning, taking the sting out of the track. The attendance was very j/ood. Results:— Hack Scurry, of TOsovs., six furlongs.—Rongora 1, Admiral Beatty 2, Hojywell 3. Scratched: The Manse, Blacking, Mobilisation. Won easily by a length. Time, lmin IGsec.
Mangatera Hack Handicap, of 100 sovs., seven furlongs.—Suratura 1, Discussion 2, His Eminence 3. Scratched: Nightshade. Won by two lengths. Time, lmin Slsec. Juvenile Handicap, of lOOsovs., five furlongs.—Loreto 1, Carillon 2, Spain 3. AH, started. Won easily by two lengths. Time, lmin 3 l-ssec. Autumn Handicap.—Sunbird 1, Midnight: Star 2, Sir Alba 3. Time 2min 9 3-ssecs.
