BOROUGH OF STRATFORD, PROPOSED SPECIALLOAN OF I £9OOO. THE Council of the ■ Rprouglx of Stratford hereby .gives- > '> public notice that it proposes to borrow* 1 by way of Special Loan under the provisions of “The Local Bodies- Act, 1913,” the sum of £9OOO. (a). Thie particular purpose for which such loam is - required is to erect Municipal Public Offices and a Public Library in one buildiilg on Section 326 Town of Stratford (Municipal Reserve) situate in Broadway. (b). The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £9OOO at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 per centum per annum with a Sinking Fund of £1 per centum per annum additonai', (c). The proposed security for the said loan is an annually recurring Special Rate of Thirteen-' v twentieths of a penny (13-20 d) in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property within the Borough, and it is proposed to repay the said loan at the expiration of Twenty years from the raising of the Loan by means of the Sinking Fund and otherwise.
