FAMOUS SPORTING OWNER ROWS WITH EPSOM CLUB. (Received 9.20 a.m.) London, February 28. The Duke of Portland is involved in a controversy with the racing authorities of the Epsom Club. Rooms were offered for the use of a military hospital and certain reservations were made which the Duke considered unpatriotic, and he cancelled all his entries at the Epsom meetings.
