HUGE EXPENDITURE.

NO PROVISION FOR REDEMPTION OF WAR LOAN. United \ Press Association. (Received 8 a.in.) Amsterdam, February 28. The German Imperial Budget asks for an extraordinary expenditure of 10,042,342,000 marks (about £9,791,283,450), whereof ten millions are estimated revenue. An extraordinary budget of 80,499,218 marks is proposed to supply the deficiency by means of a loan. The estimated ordinary revenue shows an increase of 25,906,450 marks, expenditure 108,003,309 marks. There is no provision for war loan redemption, as the method must be settled after the war.
