THE HEALTH OF THE TROOPS IN FCYPT. Per Press Association. Wellington, February 27. The Defence Department has been advised that the following members'of the expeditionary troops in Egypt are seriously ill: Lfeut. Norman Harry Purdy, N.Z. * F.A. Trooper Robt, Dugald Boss, Otago Mounteds. Trooper William Mervyn Doull, Auckland Mounteds. Trooper Chas. Fdward James, Otago Mounteds. Private David Morgan (Auckland In. fanti’y). and Driver Chas. Smith (N.Z.F.A.), all suffering from pneui moiiia.
GUnner Percy Stake (N.Z.F.A.) peritonitis. Private - Geo. Richard Wills (Canterbury Infantry), tuberculosis. Lieut. John Thomas Moroney (Otago Infantry), tuberculosis (dangerously ill).
The message adds that all are improving., „
