ARMY OF NINETY CORPS. Times and Sydney Sun Service. London, February 23. A Petrograd correspondent states that he has reliable information that the Germans have placed nearly ninety corps in the field, thirty-two in the east, and fifty-three in the west.
THE KAISER'S HEALTH.

It is reported at Cologne that his throat is causing the Kaiser great suffering. He refuses an operation, fearing that it will prevent his attendance at this critical juncture at the front. His irritability is more marked.
THE DESERTERS 1 ’ STORY.
Amsterdam, February 23
German deserters declared that food and raw material supplies will not last beyond May loth.
GERMAN SOLDIERS ON HALF-PAY
United Press Association. (Received 8.45 a.m.) Paris, February 23. The newspaper “Le Matin” states that the German officers and men have been reduced to half-pay.
REGULATION OF BREA 3 WEEKuY
(Received 12.55 p.m.) London, February 23
A message from Berlin says the State regulation of bread and flour has begun. Everybody, including the Kaiser, receives a card with coupons entitling holders to 41bs of bread weekly.
