THE Council of 'the Borough of Stratford hereby gives public notice that it (proposes to borrow by way of Special Loan, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Act, 1913,” the sum of £9OOO. (a). The particular- purpose for which such loan is required is to erect Municipal Public Offices and a 'Public Library in one building on Section 326 Town of Stratford (Municipal Reserve) situate in Broadway. (b). The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purpose is £9OOO at a rate of interest not -ex. ceeding £5 per centum per annum with a Sinking Fund of £1 per centum per annum additonal, (c). The proposed security for the said loan is an annually recurring Special Rate of Thirteentwentieths of a penny (13-20d> in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property within the Bbroughj and it is proposed to repay the said loan at the expiration of Twenty years from the raising of the 1 Loan by moans of the Sinking Fund and otherwise.
