THE TAKING OF TSING-TAO.

The amount confiscated from the Germans at Tsing-tao by Japan was six million dollars. Seventy buildings which were found to have been fraudulently transferred to civilians, were also taken.
AMERICA ANXIOUS ABOUT CHINESE INTEGRITY.
London, February 20
The Times’ Washington correspondent says that a great deal of anxiety exists regarding Japanese policy in regard to China. It is understood that the State Department is sounding the Powers with reference to concerted action in favor of the maintenance of Chinese* integrity. The Press is beginning to comment adversely on the Japanese attitude
