STRATFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL. amendments and additions TO WATERWORKS BY-LAWS. OTICE is hereby given time at’ a Special Meeting of the Coinoil held at the Borough Council Chambers on the Third day of Febiu. ary, 1915, it was resolved that the Council should, by Special Order, adopt, pass, and make the By-laws, a copy of which was then produced, amending and adding to the'W artworks By-laws of the Council of the Borough of Stratford, and that at ; he ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Borough Council Chambers, Broadway, on the Bth day of March, 1915, at the hour of S p.m., the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of the Council, and at such ordinary meeting the Council will also fix the Ist day of April, 1915, as the date upon which such By-laws shall come into force. The object and purport of the * aid By-laws is to re-defme ordinary and extraordinary supply, to adopt a new scale of rate and charges for water under the extraordinary •-•"p----ply and for meter-rents and otherwise, and to make such further provisions as is considered necessary in respect of the regulation of the Borough Waterworks and of the ordinary and extraordinary water supply. A copy of the said By-laws is deposited at the office of the Council, Broadway, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours from the date hereof up to and inclusive of the said Bth day of March, 1915.
