MUNICIPALITY RAISES LOAN FOR FOODSTUFFS.
TORPEDO BOAT MAIL. SERVICE.
(Received 8.50 a.m.) Amsterdam, February 18. The Berliner Tageblatt says the municipality of Heidelberg is raising I a loan of 3,000,000 marks with which | to purchase foodstuffs. The Government proposes to entrust the mail service to Britain to torpedo boats.
