The Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £9O under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of forming, grading, culverting and fnetalling Kelly Street, Midhirst, such loan to be for a period of 36J- years; sec. tions 2, 13, 14 of Block I; 1,2, 9, 10 of Block II.; 5,6, half si half 9 of Block III.; 12, 13, 25, 26 of Block IY.; 8,9, of Block V.; and 5,6, 7,8, of Block VI.; Midhirst West, to be the Special Rating District. AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO WATERWORKS BY-LAWS. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held at the Borough Con noil Chambers on the Third day of Febiu. ary, 1915, it was resolved that the Council should, by Special Order, adopt, pass, and make the By-la .vs, a copy of which was then produced, amending and adding to the Waxworks By-laws of the Council of the Borough of Stratford, and that at die ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Borough Council Chambers, Broadway, on the Bth day of March, 1915, at the hour of 8 p.m,, the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order of the. Council, and at such ordinary meeting the Council will also fix the Ist day of April, 1915, as the date upon which such By-laws shall come into force. The object and purport of the 1 aid By-laws is to re.defino ordinary and extraordinary supply, to adopt a new scale of rate and charges for water under the extraordinary supply and for meter-rents and otherwise, and to make such further provisions ns is considered necessary in respect of the regulation of the Borough Waterworks’ and of the ordinary and extraordinary water supply. A copy of the said By-laws is deposited at the office of the Council, Broadway, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours from the date hereof up to and inclusive of the said Bth day of Manh, 1915.
