LONDON’S LARGEST STORE CHOOSES THE “OVERLAND.” When war broke out practically all vehicles and horses in use throughout Great Britain were confiscated by the military authorities, and merchants were loft without adequate delivery facilities. Harrod’s, Ltd., the largest department store in London, immediately started tests of all available motor cars for the purpose of replacing those commandeered by the Government. These efficiency and economy trials proved that the OVKULAXI) was best suited to the company’s acquirements.
