SECOND DAY'S RUNNING.

The meeting concluded yesterday in splendid weather and with an even' larger attendance than on Wednesday. Everything passed off successfully, and there were no serious mishaps. The totalisator investments for the day amounted to £18,791, as against £16,855 for the corresponding day last year, making a total of £35,211 for the meeting, an increase of £2677 on last year's totals.
