Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a ~ loan of £9lO, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of deviating, forming, grading, culyerting,, and metalling the Waihapa Road from the ' Wingrore Road northward as far as the money will allow, such loan to be for a period of 361- years. Part sub-division 2, Pukengahu (400 acres); part sub. 4 (150 acres), part sub. 5 (1241 acres), subs. 1 and 2 of .(5, pare subs, 4 and sof 7 (100 acres), part sub. 7 (84£ acres), of sub-division 3, Pukengahu Block, to be the Special Rating District. The cost of raising it to be paid out inf . the loan. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be held on the 17th day of February, 1915, and shall take .effect from and on that date.,,,.
