A communique states: We occupied a farm on the Bethune-La Bassee road, where the enemy was installed. The struggle for Bagatelle is now cen. tred in the forest, where the fighting is confused, and both sides maintained their positions. There were artillery engagements at many points. The enemy bombarded Ypres, Fumes, and Soissons.
