ACTIVITY OF THE TURKS. THE COEBEN ON PATROL DUTY IN THE BOSPHORUS. (Received 9.25 a.in.) Athens, February 10. Turks are actively fortifying the const facing Chios and Mitylene, off tin* const of Asiatic Turkey. The Coeben lias been repaired and is patrolling the Bosphorus day and night. Commercial activity in Asia. Minor is at a standstill, and the population is suffering great hardships.
