I THOMAS JACKSON heretofore * called and known by the name of Thomas Ramsbottoni (sometimes spelt Ramsbotham), of Toko, in t’>e ProVincial District, of Taranaki and Dominion ■ of New Zealand, surfaceman, HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that on the 30th day of January, 1915, I; formally and absolutely renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of Ramsbottom, and then assumed and adopted, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and, subscribe the name of Jackson instead of the said name of Rauujbottom (or Ramsbotham) AND I GIVE FURTHER NOTICE that by a Deed Poll dated the 30th day of January, 1915, duly executed ..and attested and enrolled in the Office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at New Plymouth, in the Provincial District aforesaid on the Stli day of February, ‘i9ls, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Ramsbottom (or Ramsbotham), and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe ! the name of Thomas Jackson, instead of Thomas Ramsbottom (or Ramsbotham) and so as to he at all times thereafter called or known and described by the name of Thomas Jackson exclusively.
