The representative cricket match Poverty Bay v. Hawke’s Bay, concluded to-day, Hawke’s Bay winning by an innings and 88 runs. At the close of yesterday’s 'play each team had completed its first innings, Hawke’s Bay making 403 and Poverty Bay 89.
